Located 1.2 miles from the base of Deer Valley and the Snow Park Lodge, this large custom home in the Solamere community offers tremendous convenience. Skiing minutes away at Deer Valley, Park City and the Canyons. Enjoy Old Town Park City's dining, shopping, and entertainment only two miles from your front door. The Park City free transit system whisks you anywhere in the area from 7:30AM through 10:30PM with departures every fifteen minutes.

"Well appointed and spacious" describes our 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home, which we call Serenity. With 6,000 square feet of calm, comfortable living, and stunning views of the Deer Valley and Park City mountains, you’ll be in the lap of luxury. The terrace, its manicured gardens and the eight person hot tub, make for a peaceful, relaxing getaway sheltered wrapped among the aspens and pines.

The lodging is designed with your comfort in mind. With luxurious cotton sheets and your choice of down or hypo-allergenic pillows with down comforters, the sleeping arrangements are intended to please even the most discriminating guest. The upper level master suite is as large as an apartment. With a king bed, lounge area, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, walk in closet and a private deck, you have over one thousand square feet of personal space.

The second master bedroom on the main level also has a king bed with sitting area and a full bath. Two additional spacious bedrooms would be "master bedrooms" in many homes are equipped with queen beds and sitting areas and fully- or semi-private bathrooms. Kids and adults can all enjoy the bunkroom on the terrace level. Outfitted with two twin over- full bed bunks plus pull out trundle beds, a full bathroom and a large play area with tv/dvd/vcr and Game Boy(R) player it is an experience in itself. The den/office/library on the main level has a sleeper sofa for the occasional surprise guests - and once your friends know where you are they will be surprising you.

Whether you want to enjoy mountain views, a roaring fire, or your favorite DVD, Serenity has it all.  All rooms are generously proportioned so everyone can spread out. There are two comfortable living rooms with fireplaces in each, and a separate office/library/sitting room. Several sitting areas, seven televisions, a music/movie room, two decks, and a large terrace, allow everyone to find a place to relax and visit with friends and family.

The large chef’s kitchen is equipped with a stainless KitchenAid refrigerator, All Clad cookware and Riedel glassware to enhance any dining experience. These days we all live and entertain in our kitchens so you’ll appreciate the open floor plan on the main level of Serenity. We enjoy sharing meals with our friends and think you will too! There is a bar with a small wine refrigerator for your entertaining convenience.

The custom made ten foot long family dining table and high back chairs comfortably seat twelve. Two extra chairs can be pulled up to seat fourteen and if that’s still not enough, there is kitchen countertop seating for three as well as window seats adjoining the dining area to accomodate three or four more. 

Wireless internet service and multifunction copy/print/fax laser device are available for your use as well as telephone service. Your business associates will be green with envy when you describe the view and your morning ski runs as you return the day’s email!
